Shipping policy

All orders are shipped directly from our workshop.

Please note that, due to high demand, order processing may take up to 5 (five) business days before dispatch. Shipping times may vary between 3 (three) to 6 (six) business days, depending on the destination city.

Delivery times are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed. We shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by third-party couriers, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond our reasonable control.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that processing and delivery times may vary. No claims for compensation or order cancellation will be accepted solely on the basis of delayed shipment, provided the order is delivered within a reasonable time frame.
